Course Policies (Including Course Cancellation, and Refund Policies)
If a cancellation is received at least one week prior to the course date, a credit towards another course will be issued. If a cancellation is received within 2-6 days of the course date, a 50% credit towards another course will be issued. No credit will be issued if a cancellation is received the day prior to or day of a course. A $25.00 administrative fee, plus material cost will be deducted from all credits. Course Credits are valid for 12 months after the cancellation date. If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by NJHPDI, a full refund will be issued.
To register for any Dental Vocational Courses (Dental Radiology, Dental Assisting, CDA Exam Review), please download the application according to the course and mail to our office location (1060 Main St River Edge, NJ 07661) or email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Please note that photography, videography and the use of any other recording devices is strictly prohibited during courses.
