Dr. Gregori Kurtzman

Dr. Gregori Kurtzman has been in private practice for over 27 years in Silver Spring, Maryland. Dr. Kurtzman received a B.S. in biology with a major in human genetics from the State University of New York, Fredonia, and his DDS from Howard University College of Dentistry in Washington, D.C. in 1986.

Dr. Kurtzman is a former Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Endodontics, Prosthetics and Operative Dentistry at the Baltimore School of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland. He is also a former AAID Implant Maxi-Course Assistant Program Director at Howard University College of Dentistry. Dr. Kurtzman currently serves as a Master Track Program Administrator and Director of the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry since 1993.

Dr. Kurtzman has achieved Fellowship in the AGD, AAIP, ACD, ICOI, Pierre Fauchard, ADI, Mastership in the AGD and ICOI, and Diplomat status in the ICOI and American Dental Implant Association (ADIA). 

Dr. Kurtzman lectures internationally on the topics of restorative dentistry, endodontics, implant surgery, periodontics, and prosthetics. Dr. Kurtzman has been included in the “Top Leaders in Continuing Education” by Dentistry Today, every year since 2006, and was featured on the June 2012 cover. He has over 390 published articles. Dr. Kurtzman has been on the editorial boards of various professional dental publications and is currently the Editor in Chief of the American Dental Institute.
