Jill Ombrello, DDS

Dr. Jill Ombrello

For Dr. Jill Ombrello, dentistry is much more than a chosen profession, it is her passion. She is an active member in organized dentistry as well as a strong advocate for public health dentistry leading her to provide care in many underserved areas of Texas and rural villages of Alaska.  Part of her time is spent educating and treating the elderly with OnSite Dentistry of Texas.  As a mother of three young children, Dr. Ombrello loves working with kids to help foster a positive relationship with a dentist at a young age.

Her undergraduate education was completed in St. Louis at St. Louis University and she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2008. Central Dentist has been her dental home since 2009.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ombrello enjoys traveling with her husband Jim and three kids, especially to places with mountains. Photography is another of her hobbies, as you will see when you visit our office and notice the beautiful photos she has taken of her travels and her children. Dr. Jill Ombrello is on the Board of Alumnae at The Hockaday School and regularly attends St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church. She also donates her time and dental services to Genesis Women’s Shelter by helping the victims of domestic abuse restore their dental health.
