Dr. Keith Evans

Keith Evans, DMD, MS
Dr. Keith Evans received his Masters of Dental Research in Endodontics and certificate in graduate endodontics from St. Louis University in 2004. He received his DMD degree in 2001 from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine and thereafter was the Chief Resident for the Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of North Carolina from 2001 to 2002. He is currently adjunct Clinical Faculty in the Department of Endodontics at both Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine and St. Louis University. He serves as lecturer and clinical faculty for the pre-doctoral and graduate endodontic programs at both schools. Dr. Evans has served as Chair of the Illinois New Dentist Committee for two years and currently chairs the Endodontic section of the Illinois Mission of Mercy. He has served on the Illinois delegation to the ADA, as President of the Illinois State Dental Society Political Action Committee, President of the McLean County Dental Society, and President of the Illinois Association of Endodontists. Dr. Evans has lectured extensively throughout the country to general dentists, endodontists, faculty, staff, and students.  Dr. Evans currently resides in Bloomington, IL with his two children. He is an avid Fighting Illini fan and enjoys traveling and running. He has been a full-time private practicing endodontist in Bloomington-Normal, IL since completing his endodontic residency program in 2004.
